Servo drive injection molding machine adopts servo motor to drive oil pump, which is an oil-electric hybrid operation mode.
In the past, we also produced hydraulic injection machines, but since several years ago, servo drive machines have become our standard machine. Servo drive machine can save power by 20-80% compare with common motor, because during the mold cooling, the servo motor is stopped. Moreover, the servo controller can output different currents according to the different movement of the machine, so the power consumption of the machine can be the most economical. When you have a lot of servo drive machines, or when use the machine for a long time, the power savings will be very obvious.
Because the machine's motor is not always running, the machine generates much less heat than normal machine, so the machine is easier to cool down. If you use chiller for machine cooling, then compare with normal machine, you can use smaller chiller.
Servo drive injection machines require a slightly stable voltage environment, because the unstable voltage, if the voltage fluctuation is too large, it will cause damage to the servo controller, this problem can be solved by using a voltage regulator.
