DKM High Speed Injection Molding Machines use 3 axis linkages design realizing material charging, mould opening and ejection at the same time to save 1/3 cycle time. This machine also equip accumulator to get high injection speed and thus shorter cycle time.
SINO Plastic Paint Pail Mould, considering specifications of plastic paint pails and the characteristic of different plastic materials, select suitable steel for mould base and core to get optimal performance and long service time. In order to get better cooling and fast cycle time, SINO Plastic Paint Pail Mould optimize cooling system, choose suitable runners and install CuBe inserts in different parts of mould.
