High Speed Molding Line

High speed molding line includes high speed injection molds and high speed injection molding machines and some auxiliary machines for this high speed molding line.

High speed injection molds is one of the important part for the high speed production line,except the product performance,it also affacted by mould structure design and cooling system design.Usually the small parts mould and thinwall container mould is more sensitive compared with thick wall thickness part mould with larger size.For example,4 cavity air line cup mould,the cycle time is 6-7s,if we could reduce 1s,the production efficiency could raise much.For an arm chair mould,the cycle time is around 35s to 60s,if we reduce 1s,it does not affact much.

For a good injection mould,we will consider to design optimized cooling system,and the mould could support long time running.Then we could get high efficiency production and also do not delayed because of mould repairing.

High Speed injection molding machine is another important part for the high speed production line.Usually for the high speed injection molding machines,it is with the accumulator,the air is stored with high pressure.During the injection,the melt material could inject with a higher pressure,that will help to increase injection speed and reduce the cycle time.High speed injection machine has two types,one is fully electric high speed injection molding machine and the other is high speed injection molding machine just for the injection high speed.

For the auxiliary machines,the chiller connected with the mold and machine will affact the production efficiency.Some raw material is not suitable for cooling water,like ABS,PA,PC,PMMA and so on.

High speed molding line is a mass production line with high production efficiency.Invest high speed molds and high speed injection molding machines is a good way.Thanks.
