SINOPM purchased many sets of high precision tooling equipments from Europe and Japan. make ensure the precision machine parts to meet the requirements of injection machine high speed running. 5H designed the machine with the special structure, it is the same stage in plasticzing, opening, ejection. also we adopt the accumulator system to reach the high speed injection, compare to the traditional injection molding machine, 5H cycle time can be 30% to 50% short. It is especially used for the thin wall products molding, for 4 cavities PS cup mould, the cycle time can reach 4s.
Secondly, 5H molding also is a kind of energy saving machine, we used Phase servo motor system, it can save 30% to 70% energy, the servo motor working principle: when start the machine and heating, it is the biggest consumption of power, but after half an hour when the machine reach the normal operation, the servo machine can save half power at least.
Thirdly, 5H molding machine is very stable, machine adopt the fully closed loop injection system with Moog servo valve, make sure machine whole structure and action is very stable to suit with the high speed injection. Also it with double hydro-cylinder for injection and the machine do not have much noisy as the traditional machine. As we know, if judge a machine is good or not, we can check the noisy when it is running.
Fourth, 5H molding machine use the European advanced controller, to control the temperature and precision, and also the oil way unit fix on the component directly, control can be precise and response is faster.
Fifth, 5H is more safety, machine with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical triple protection, it ensures that there is no mistake of machine closing, injection, charging, nozzle, forward to avoid any accident.
