For pallet molding line factory setup, you should has necessary equipment as following:
1. Pallet mould
Usually there are 2 types pallet, Single-layer pallet & two-layer pallet. Single layer pallet will have stacking requirement, but two layer pallet have not.
For plastic pallet mould, you should pay more attention on below points:
A. Welding line, it will effect product life. SINO team will make moldflow analysis to help choose the best hot runner tips and hot runner position. Normally, for single layer pallet, will use 12tip hot runner, and 20tip hot runner for two layer pallets.
B. R angle also is important for pallet mould, it will make pallet more stronger.
C. Steel for molds, usually, we suggest to use 718H.
D. Loading test for product. Include Dynamic load bearing and static load bearing.
2. Pallet molding machine
