To have injection machine safeguard is very necessary, there are many accidents happen in the worldwide during the machine opening and ejection. That is also the reason why now in most of European countries, only CE standard molding machines are accepted by the custom.
I have one customer told me that the accident happens last week when he use one Chinese brand plastic injection molding machine. Under semi automatic status, the worker open the door, but the machine does not stop, mould open and ejection continues, the worker was hurt . but he thought if he open the door, all the actions will be stopped. Since this, the customer now requests all machines must includes the opening and ejection safeguard to make sure that no matter under semi automatic or fully automatic status, if open the front door, the machine will stop at once, no any action will be taken including the mould opening, ejection etc. But the machine is still under heating, and motor still works.
