1. Choose Right Type Injection Machine
According to color will have single color and double color injection machine; normal product choose servo motor, and thinwall or high precision mould need high speed injection machine.
2. Plastic Material Effect Screw Of Machine
According to different plastic material properties, need use special screw to get high quality part. for example PC,PET,PVC,PA should be choose special screw injection machine
3. Mould Dimensions Meet Tie Bar Size& Mould Thickness
To know the mould dimensions firstly, the length of width should be one side less than tie bar distance. Mould thickness should meet with machine.
4. Enough opening & Eject Stroke
The opening stroke should be 2 times bigger than product in demoulding direction.
Eject stroke have enough distance for eject products.
5. Enough Clamping Force
When plastic material inject to mold cavity, will generate an expansion force, so, injection machine clamping force should be bigger than this expansion force.
Expansion force: projected area (cm2)*mold cavities* in mold pressure (usually 350~400kg/cm2)
6. Enough Injection Weight
Injection weight should be: The Product weight * cavity number + runner weight *1.35 times
7. Fast Cycle Time
Base on above molding condition, consider injection speed and speed pressure should be in a suitable condition, to arrive shortest cycle time.
