We all know the working process for plastic injection machine.
but in working, if the temperature is so high, it will be harmful to the injection machine.
So what will be the result when it is overheating?
1 Injection molding machine overheating could cause the mechanical deformation,
the thermal expansion coefficient of hydraulic components in the different moving parts
will cause its clearance smaller, and also cause action failure.
2 Injection molding machine overheating will also make the oil viscosity decreases,
increasing the situation of leakage, the volume efficiency of the pump
3 Injection molding machine overheating will also make the rubber seal deformation.
inceasing aging, reduce the sealing performance and life time.
4 injection machine overheating will accelerat oil oxidation, and precipitation of asphalt material,
reduces the life time of hydraulic oil. Precipitate block damping pores and cracks when valve opening,
it cause the pressure valve is stuck and can not move.
