Last month, Dakumar Machinery have made one special machine: it can realize two actions unscrewing and flip top. For example, now we are making one 12 cavity flip top cap with unscrewing. When demoulding, its action is
open mould --- ejection (can not be returned at this time) --- hydraulic cylinder action ( for in mold closing)
--- hydraulic cylinder return --- ejection pin return --- unscrewing by hydraulic cylinder --- ejection-- close the mold
Generally, when hydraulic cylinder return, the mould should be closed, then the machine will work. Now we have one machine, we can realize the following steps.
