Problem one: The product size not accuracy:
Reason 1: The material liquidity is strong, have difference with shrinkage rate.
Reason 2: injection machine and injection molding conditions
1. Shoot rubber pressure is too low
2. The pressure is too low
3. Mould temperature is not appropriate
4. Cooling time is too short
5. The clamping force not enough
Reason 3:product and mold design
1. The product size tolerance is too strict
2. Mold hard not enough
3. Enter the water forms and position not suitable
Flash:
1.the clamping force is not enough
2.plastic measurement too much
3.feed tube temperature is too high
4.shoot is high and holding pressure is too big
Solution:
1.Make sure the lamping force is enough
2.Make sure measuring position is correct.
3.Reduce resin temperature and mold temperature.
4.Check injection pressure is proper.
5.Adjustment injection speed.
6.Change holding pressure or change position.
Welding mark:
Product welding mark usually due in low temperature and caused by small pressure.
1.The temperature problems
2.The nozzle temperature is too low
3.Mold temperature is too low
4.Plastic melt temperature not all
5.Injection speed too slow
6.Injection pressure is too slow
The mold problem:
1.Gate is too small
2.Shunt way too small
3.Nozzle is small
4.Core migration, cause on side thin.
5.Parts exhaust bad
