1st.Choose the type decided by the products and plastic material
2nd.The mold could put on the machine, judgment the tie*bar, mold height, Min. mold dimension suitable or not.
3rd.Can take out the products.
Toggle stroke is twice as much than the height of products open and closed.
Ejector stroke is enough to ejector the products.
4th.Clamping tonnage is decided by the plastic material and products.
5th.Injection weight is decided by the products weight and mold cavity. And select suitable diameter of screw.
6th.Injection speed: Thinwall products always required high injection speed.
