Injection System
A. Injection fuel tank with single-cylinder injection, injection cylinders and the screw are at a straight line, without the problem of double cylinder synchronizing. At the same time, reducing the part quality, leads to the fast response of changing injection speed. With the MOOG servo valve control, it is more suitable for fast and accurate shot.
B. The high response ACC accumulator Design, the largest injection speed can reach 400MM/SEC to shorten the injection time to meet the diverse product requirements.
C. Melt by the servo direct drive motor, precise metering, energy saving and the formation of multi-loop control to save the molding time.
Clamping system
A. Mold plate by the finite element analysis, its feature of high rigidity and little deformation can protect mold and suitable for the institutional needs of the high rate of fire
B. Moving platen supported by rollers to reduce the friction coefficient and effectively reduce the resistance of mold opening and closing platen and increase the parallel of platen. Also protect the large column, mold and enhance its life.

Hydraulic system
A. High response servo-hydraulic system, compared with traditional standard pumps or variable displacement pump system, servo-hydraulic system combines the fast stepless speed regulation characteristics of servo motor and the hydraulic pump’s feature that independently regulate the hydromantic which leading precision energy-saving, energy saving up to 80% .
B. High-precision, high response of the PID algorithm module make the system pressure very stable. The pressure fluctuation is less than 0.5bar, and with high repeatability precision. Servo motor only needs 20/s from rest to reach the rated speed. Pressure and flow velocity response is only 0.03s or so, not only can significantly improve repeatability precision, and the open mold position accuracy can reach 0.5mm, ensure that the mold performs better with robot
